Ipswich Project is complete!

All three of our homebuyers and their families are now living in the new neighborhood on Ruth’s Way.

The buyers of all three houses have completed their sweat equity requirements. They will pay Cape Ann Habitat low-cost, no-interest mortgages. The payments on these mortgages will go towards funding the next Habitat homes. We thank the many volunteers and suppliers who have made this project possible.

We are currently seeking land for our next project. While we search, we continue to need volunteers for behind the scenes (learn more...). Once we have finalized our plans for a new project, we will be calling on construction volunteers to assist us with our next build.
